To manage its staggering power, the XP80R has built-in overheat protection that automatically decreases output if the circuitry reaches a threshold temperature. Featuring a Pro-Tek charging port at the front of handle, this Rechargeable Plus flashlight recharges while its ZITHION-X™ ZX880 battery (included) remains inside. Plug straight into the USB-C port and monitor power status with the charge indicator. A separate USB-C port on the handle provides power-out so that, if needed, you can recharge other devices using the flashlight as a power bank. The flashlight can also run on nine AA alkaline batteries (purchased separately). Engage the power lock-out when the flashlight isn’t being used to prevent accidental battery drainage.
